I learned strategy and resilience early on. Growing up as the youngest of three boys in Pittsburgh, you learn to be tactical. I've applied that mindset throughout my career, from optimizing complex warehouse logistics to scaling enterprise software teams. My dual background in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems gives me a unique perspective: I see software development as a high-stakes logistics operation, where code, talent, and time are the critical assets that must be managed with precision.
